Products
Every effort is made to ensure that the products displayed online correspond as closely as possible to products you will receive, but there may be variations as natural materials have unique characteristics. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the unique features including but not limited to the following:

The colour of the stone may vary due to the nature of the natural material. There may also be variations in the colour of the Jesmonite casts as they are hand cast. If you want a closer colour match between multiple casts or carvings, then it is available to order them at the same time so every effort can be made for them to match as closely as possible.

Please allow variance on sizes stated. These may be more apparent if orders are placed at different times.

Zoë Wilson Stone Carving reserves the right to make any changes to the specifications of products where necessary and withdraw any products from this website at any time.

Stone Carvings

Come with aluminium fixings glued into the back securely. The correct bracket will be supplied with the carving, and this must be the one used to hang the work. Zoë Wilson accepts no responsibility for the hanging of the work and recommends seeking a professional to help with hanging heavy products safely.

If displaying the stone carving outdoors the customer should expect the stone to change colour with the natural weathering process. It is advised that you do not try to clean the stonework. If you need any help with aftercare, please contact Zoë on info@zoewilsoncarving.com who is always happy to try and help advise. If keeping the stone outside, it may also be susceptible temperature extremes and weather. Zoë Wilson Carving does not accept any responsibility for damage cause due to weathering or accidental damage.

Orders are custom made. Refunds cannot be granted all sales are final.
